400;\">Consolidate the Information Society across all social and productive strata in rural and marginalized urban areas of Ecuador, seeking economic and productive development through knowledge, innovation, and entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/p><p><b>OUR VISION<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the democratization of Information and Communication Technologies and promote Universal Access to ICTs, with the aim of reducing the digital divide by bringing them closer to citizens and fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and development.<\/span><\/p><p><b>OUR PURPOSE\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide universal access and democratize ICTs.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight:
