The Kairós Foundation was created with the aim of offering a time of hope, a life of grace, a better quality of life, especially to children and youth who find themselves in situations of abandonment, abuse and social risk.
The identity of every organization is related to the name given to it, in this case Kairós In its etymology it is of Greek origin: καιρός, which refers to qualitative time, which is lived intensely and is significant and transformative. Furthermore, in Christian theology, Kairos is referred to as the "time of God," of grace, of hope, that is, the moment in which God acts. Therefore, the Foundation identifies itself as that place of hope where every action transforms the lives of the people who have the opportunity to come into contact with it.
Contribute to the comprehensive protection of children, adolescents, and families, especially those from the most vulnerable and excluded groups in society and the family; strengthening their capacities and generating opportunities to improve their living conditions by eradicating ignorance through education and values.
That each person, by virtue of their dignity and equality, is capable of being responsible for their own integral development.
Facilitate the social integration process for minors, young people, and families experiencing conflict, HIV/AIDS, sexual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, and/or social risk through various social intervention programs.
