Christian formation

Mission

The mission of the Kairós Foundation Pastoral Care is to be the evangelizing heart of the institution, fostering a living, profound, and communitarian spirituality that permeates all areas of institutional life. This is achieved through an articulated, systematic, and humanizing process that promotes the integral development of individuals, the encounter with Jesus Christ, and an active commitment to social transformation based on faith, hope, and love. For this reason, our pastoral care integrates formation, liturgical celebration, sacramental catechesis, accompaniment, and solidarity as paths to building conscious, fraternal, inclusive, and co-responsible communities, in tune with the signs of the times and faithful to the Gospel.

Vision

To be a dynamic space, capable of generating vibrant, supportive, and spiritually committed communities that respond with creativity, sensitivity, and faith to contemporary challenges, radiating hope toward the integral transformation of human beings and a more just and fraternal society.

Objective

To strengthen the spiritual, pastoral, and human dimensions of the Kairós Foundation in an integrated manner, through recognition of needs in the context of the needs, as well as the reaffirmation of the institutional charism, ongoing training, spiritual accompaniment, and the promotion of Christian living committed to social justice, solidarity, and the constant improvement of the pastoral process.
